hong shen is a research fellow in the department of domestic development cooperation of the institute of new structural economics of peking university, a senior expert in industrial supply chain, and a doctor of economics jointly cultivated by fordham university and the national school of development of peking university. he was responsible for global supply chain management in ibm and other top 500 companies, and was in charge of the construction of transnational supply chain system for a national key project. he has rich experience in industrial supply chain, industrial policy research and planning, and local government industrial investment and industrial fund. he has presided over or been responsible for the implementation of a number of think tank projects for national ministries and local governments. his monograph “precision decision making: differentiated procurement and supply strategies” has been collected by nearly 200 universities and colleges.
