dilshat.obul works as distinguished associate researcher at inse. he holds a ph.d in management science from tsinghua university and owns several years working experience at top national think tank of iccs. he has multiple publicaitons in peer-reviewed journals like “journal of tsinghua university (philosophy and social sciences)”,”economic geograph”. his research interests include new structural trade economics, public policy and development strategy.
