xi chen is a research fellow and assistant dean of the institute of new structural economics. she holds a ph.d. degree from the school of journalism and communication at peking university, a master degree from the fordham university of the u.s. her research interest lies in cross-cultural communication, cross-cultural management, case study on structural transformation. she has written a number of academic papers on cross-cultural communication and is the author of cross-culture communication management of confucius institutes, published by peking university press in 2016.
